INVITATION FOR FINANCIAL QUOTATION
1.0 INTRODUCTION:
Ogun-Oshun River Basin Development Authority (O-ORBDA), a Parastatal under Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation (FMWR/S) wishes to invite interested qualified and competent Contractors, Consultants, Joint Ventures (JVs) to submit quotation for the under listed jobs.
Category A (Works)
i) Construction of Motorized Borehole in Schools in Oyo, Ogun, Osun and Lagos States.
ii) Construction of Solar Powered in Ogun West Senatorial District, Ogun State.
iii) Construction of Motorized Borehole at Agege Federal Constituency, Lagos State.
iv) Rehabilitation of Borehole at Odeda LGA, Ogun State
v) Rehabilitation of Solar Powered Borehole in various locations in Ibadan, Oyo State
vi) Rehabilitation of Solar Powered Borehole in Communities in the Six States of South West (Lagos, Ogun ,Oyo, Osun, Ondo and Ekiti States
2.0INVITATION:
In view of the above, competent and reputable contractors, consultants are hereby invited to visit Procurement Unit of the Authority at Room 32 to collect Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME)/Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
3.0SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS:
Submission of quotations MUST be submitted with photocopy of all documents (i. e Certificate of Company Registration, Current Tax Clearance Certificate, PENCOM, ITF, NISTF and BPP registration, valid till December 2024 between Monday 2nd -6th September 2024 at 12.00noon. Any quotation submitted after this date and time will be rejected.
Note:
(Centre for Management Development (CMD) registration certificate is compulsory for TRAINING programs)
Interested Contractors/Consultants should submit their financial proposal/ quotation in file size envelope with name of the project clearly written on the right corner and addressed to:
