1.0    INTRODUCTION:

Ogun-Oshun River Basin Development Authority (O-ORBDA), a Parastatal under Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation (FMWR/S) wishes to invite interested qualified and competent Contractors, Consultants, Joint Ventures (JVs) to submit quotation for the under listed jobs.

Category A (Works)

i) Rehabilitation of Irrigation Projects at Oke-Odan Farm Project, Oke-Odan, Ogun State

ii) Revitalization/Completion of 20HA Centre Pivot Irrigation System (CPIS) at Iwo Farm     Project, Iwo, Osun State.

iii) Establishment of Irrigation Scheme at Fiditi Reath Dam Project, Fiditi, Oyo State.

Category B (Goods)

i) Supply of Drip Irrigation Fittings and Accessories to O-ORBDA Hqt. Abeokuta, Ogun         State.

ii) Supply of Irrigation Pumps and Accessories to O-ORBDA Hq. Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Category C (Consultancy Services)

 i) Geophysics/Geotechnical Investigation of Iwo Farm Project Secondary Weir, Osun State

 ii)  Topographic and Engineering Drawings of Iwo Farm Project Secondary Weir, Osun State.

    iii)Electronic Fixed Asset Register                                                                              iii) Construction of E-Vote Book Accounting Software                                                       

 iv)  Pre-Payment of Contract (Value for Money)                                                               

 v)  Automation of Chart of Accounts Operation with TSA IPSAS  and GIFMIS System.                                                                                       vi)  Asset Valuation in Oyo, Ogun, Osun and Lagos

2.0INVITATION:

In view of the above, competent and reputable contractors, consultants are hereby invited to visit Procurement Unit of the Authority at Room 32 to collect Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME)/Bill of Quantity (BOQ).

3.0SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS:

Submission of quotations MUST be submitted with photocopy of all documents (i. e  Certificate of Company Registration, Current Tax Clearance Certificate, PENCOM, ITF, NISTF and BPP registration, valid till December 2024 between  Monday 2nd -6th September 2024 at 12.00noon. Any quotation submitted after this date and time will be rejected.

Note:

(Centre for Management Development (CMD) registration certificate is compulsory for TRAINING programs)

Interested Contractors/Consultants should submit their financial proposal/quotation in file size envelope with name of the project clearly written on the right corner and addressed to:
