The Department oversees the general operations and maintenance of all completed projects and schemes, as well as vehicles, plants, machinery and equipment. The Department carries out/facilitates the
construction of all Authority's projects such as dams, water supply schemes, roads, and other civil works being undertaken either by contractor or through in-house capabilities,
This Department oversees
groundwater resources development and boreholes drilling activities of the Authority. It also undertakes the Consultancy, rehabilitation and maintenance of existing
boreholes.
The Department is in charge of development of irrigation facilities and maintenance of such facilities.
