Bar Judith Agu

Judith Ngozi Agu is a Legal Practitioner with over 25 years post-call experience covering Public Service, Banking, Corporate and Private legal practice. She holds a Bachelor of laws Degree from Enugu State University of Science & Technology and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999.

She holds a Masters Degree in Law from the Lagos State University and a Special Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of Huddersfield, UK. She presently works as the Director, Legal Services and Secretary to the Board of Ogun-Oshun River Basin Development Authority. In addition to her present role, she serves as Director and Secretary to the Board of OORBDA Ventures Limited, a Subsidiary of Ogun-Oshun River Basin Development Authority. She brought innovative practices into Public Service for efficient service delivery and as Head of the Authority’s Public-Private Partnership Unit, has structured several Public-Private Partnership arrangements which have resulted in the redevelopment of Federal Government Infrastructure and a boost in the Authority’s Internally Generated Revenue.


Judith is the Author of “30 Vital Principles for Success’’ and the Founder of Jewels-in-Christ Foundation, a Not-for-Profit Organization focused on mentoring women, assisting the poor and most abandoned within local communities. She is a Chartered Secretary, a Corporate Administrator and a Corporate Governance Professional.
Judith is a Life Member of WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business and Public Service) and also a Life Member of the Nigeria-Britain Association. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. An Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), Judith is an Alumnus of the IHE Delft Institute, Netherlands and the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, (MSBM) UK.

Community Service
A Peace Ambassador and Lay Missionary, Judith is committed to human development with focus on Girl-Child Education, Women Empowerment and Protection of Minors and Vulnerable Adults. She speaks at different Fora and presently Chairs the Commission for Partnership in Mission in the Conference of Redemptorists of Africa & Madagascar, COREAM. She uses this Platform to reach out to communities, promoting love and unity within the African Continent. She is also a Member of the General Commission for Partnership in Mission in Rome and a Lady in the Order of Knights of St Mulumba, Nigeria. She has held several leadership positions and sees leadership as selfless service with a heart of love.
Judith has passion for success and would love to see everyone live up to their full Potentials. She is happily married with children and considers herself highly favoured and Blessed.
