The Agricultural Services Department oversees Agricultural Extension services, Crops production, Water Shed Management. Livestock and Poultry production, as well as utilization of Irrigation facilities, Agronomy and Fisheries.

Agriculture Department
Agriculture Department coordinates activities at the Authoritv's Farm and Irrigation Projects, such as:

1. Land clearing and development as well as tractorization services
2. Provision of farm inputs
3. Transfer of Irrigation, Agronomy and Farming Techniques to the participating farmers
4. Mapping out strategies for project management and stipulation of Criteria for Farmer's selection
5. Agricultural Extension Services
6. Fisheries and Livestock

In addition also oversee water users' association activities

Crop Production Division
The Authority establishes nd mntans hectares of CashMos.

1. Citrus and Oil Palm 1 Plantations across some of its Projects siles, The plantation serves as a Watershed to protect the headwinds of Dams against erosion and siltation).
2. Fisheries Unit
   The activities of the Fisheries Unit of the Authority involves.
3. Cropping of fish in the reservoirs of the large, small and medium earth dams constructed by the Authority; and establishment of fish hatchery for production of Clarias Gariepinus
4. fingerlings and juveniles and stocking of ponds.

Feed Mill The Authority operates a Feed Mill and Cassava Processing

1. Factory within the Authority's premises. The Feed Mill produces feed for livestock consumption.
2. Cassava Processing:  The Cassava Processing Factory produces Garri, Cassava flour, and Starch for domestic and industrial uses.
3. Livestock Division: The Authority operates a livestock section which consist of the poultry and piggery Units at its Headquarters in Abeokuta. The poultry produces chicken and eggs while the piggery produces pigs and pork meat for the general public, on commercial basis
